RidePlan Business is a portal for businesses to manage their profile, events, offers, and other features.

Your business will be shown to RidePlan App users, who use the RidePlan App to create and discover motorcycle routes that break the mould.

How do I get my business verified on RidePlan?

Begin by registering your business.

A real human is involved in the approval process, so give us a little time to verify your info and activate your account.

Who can register a business on RidePlan?

All businesses are welcome to register and be part of the RidePlan community.

How do I add an event or offer to RidePlan?

Once you’re registered, verified, and signed in - the navigation bar on the left will guide you.

Click on ‘Events’, then the ‘Create Event’ button to get started.

What kind of businesses are a good fit?

RidePlan App is aimed at modern motorcycle riders. They’re smart, curious, and looking for great value, especially when a business gives them a reason to stop.

We’re not just mapping roads. We’re mapping reasons to ride.

Do I need to be a “biker café” to join?

Absolutely not. Any business that could be a destination or a reason to take the scenic route, is welcome.

If you offer something unique, interesting, or simply a great place to stop, we want to help riders find you.

How do riders find my business or event?

Riders use app.rideplan.co.uk to build rides and explore routes.

Your offers and events are shown directly to riders based on region, interest, or route relevance, not just a search result.

RidePlan helps connect real riders with real experiences.

Can I promote special events or seasonal offers?

Yes, you’re in control of what you create.

We only ask that if you publish an offer, you honour it for all RidePlan members who meet the eligibility criteria during its validity period.

Is there a cost to list my business?

In future, there may be additional premium features or paid options, but basic listing and event creation is free at this time.

We’re focused on building value and community first. We are a small team who are passionate riders ourselves and want all businesses to have an opportunity to be part of RidePlan.

Can I see how many riders are engaging with my events?

Yes - we show event views and ‘interest’ so you can see what’s landing (and what’s not). Privacy is important to all of us so we to provide basic essential information only.
